myTrailhead - make your customers or employees Trailblazers!

This week was an exciting week. We went live with a myTrailhead project for a customer in the health care business. You may wonder what myTrailhead is, or? If you know Salesforce you also know Trailhead, their amazing online learning platform that makes learning new skills easy and fun. myTrailhead is a rather new product from Salesforce that enables customers to deliver their own training content at the right time to increase productivity, growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.

For this customer of ours, myTrailhead was set up to support the onboarding of new customers. New customers now have access to a Customer Community from which they can access myTrailhead with relevant training for them to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible. And of course, with a the implementation of a community, the customers have other functionality such as contacting support and accessing other systems that they need access to on a daily basis.
