CRM Analytics Team

At Xceed we run regular “lunch & learn” sessions with our team to share knowledge, customer stories, and learn new stuff. For us to be able to guide our customers, and for the team to grow, these sessions are very important. Today we had the pleasure of having Kristofer Alm and Daniel Lambert-Krüss from the CRM Analytics team at Salesforce with us. A very interesting and inspiring session where we learnt more about how CRM Analytics can help put the data into context and result in actionable insights and collaboration. They stressed the importance of getting users’, or stakeholders’, attention so that it is understood action may be needed.
