Adrian’s first months at Xceed

“When I applied to Academic Work Academy in April last year I did it with the purpose of learning a new profession, and simply to find a new ”path”! The fact that I was accepted into the course was the most exciting news in a long time. And then that Xceed was my sponsor, what a triumph! “, says Adrian Kusamovic who joined the Xceed team last year. Below he shares his story and reflects on the first weeks in his new job, and with a new employer.

“Time flies ... and now I have already been part of the Xceed family for 3 months. I have felt both challenged and welcomed. Before I even started working with them I had already met all of my future colleagues and had a really good sense of what my role would be at the company. They really gave me the warmest possible welcome.

Feeling challenged goes without saying. When you have colleagues with this much experience it is only natural. Being the “rookie” in a group of highly experienced colleagues puts a lot of pressure on yourself. Yet, I truly feel that the team trusts me and my way of working. This makes me want to go that extra mile.

Even though I recently spent 12 weeks at AW Academy, I realize that I have barely scratched the surface when it comes to Salesforce. The Salesforce eco-system is just that big, and that exciting. I am now looking forward to finding ”my place” within this huge network, and I love that challenge. I am really excited and looking forward to this new chapter in my life, and growing with the support of my mentors at Xceed. My learning will just continue, and I truly cannot imagine a better place for doing that than where I am at right now.”
